First-World structural integration was put to the test on site as we hosted SMCC International and their local team for a three-day validation of the Sumitomo Quick RC Integration Method (SQRIM).

Following strategic training conducted in January 2024, the delegation visited our Hotel 101 – Bridgetowne Libis project and the Megawide Precast Plant to see how the methodology has been localized and implemented in actual projects.

The visit highlighted how advanced engineering systems are translated into real-world construction performance, reinforcing our focus on precision, innovation, and continuous improvement in delivering modern building solutions.
