Megawide Construction turned the Westside City site walkthrough into an opportunity for shared learning, giving participants a firsthand look at leadership and execution on the ground.

Led by COO Frederick Tan, Group Ops Head Keith Calimag and Project Manager Gerardo Santa Cruz, the visit gathered Head Office ManCom members and department representatives for a firsthand look at the project’s progress, now nearing completion, as well as the key challenges and how these are being addressed.

The site walkthrough concluded with a Townhall that encouraged cross-functional conversations, connected every team to the realities behind each milestone while also exploring future opportunities for every KaMegawide. Seeing the work firsthand enables better decisions, faster coordination, and stronger accountability.
