Construction officially began on One Portwood Residences with its first concrete pouring milestone, marking the start of another landmark high-rise development in BGC.

Representatives from Megaworld, led by FVP Ar. Jennifer Romualdez, joined MCC COO Frederick Tan, Group Ops Head Jules Ronquillo and Project Manager Aga Velasco for the milestone celebration. The program was opened by inspirational talks from our principals who highlighted the value of this collaboration and their shared commitment to delivering a quality project.
