Just two months after the topping-off of Tower 1, the One Lancaster Park team celebrated another major milestone with the structural completion of Tower 2.

Led by Project Manager Elmer Ciervo, the ceremony brought together MCC COO Frederick Tan, Group Ops Head Jules Ronquillo, PH1 World Developers President Gigi Alcantara, and leaders from both organizations to celebrate a milestone built on excellence and teamwork.

The project’s rapid progress showcases the advantages of precast — enabling faster, safer and more efficient construction without compromising quality. Precast continues to demonstrate how innovation and First-World engineering help us build higher, smarter, and better for our partners and the communities we serve.
