Our Engineering team spearheaded a Tower Crane Training session on March 6 in collaboration with Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services (CELS) and Wilbert Cranes. Bringing together representatives from engineering, operations, and specialized external vendors, the session tackled both a technical refresher and a collaborative learning platform focused on tower crane mechanics, operational limits, maintenance protocols, and on-site safety standards.
The interactive classroom discussion encouraged teams to exchange field experiences, address operational challenges, and deepen their understanding of crane capacities and technical functions. The open-floor discussions and knowledge evaluation aligned all participants on best practices that strengthen operational efficiency, minimize downtime.
