Megawide Construction continues to upskill its teams through targeted training initiatives in both contract management and design coordination.
In January 22, the Commercial and Contracts Department held the second installment of its Contracts Training series, focusing on construction contract types. Led by Commercial and Contracts Manager Silver Dela Rosa, the session equipped site operations and procurement teams with insights on selecting appropriate contract models such as Lump Sum, Unit Price, and Cost-Plus based on project risks and objectives.
Complementing this, the Engineering Department also conducted Module 2B: Architectural FCD training for BIM, Design, and Site teams. The session emphasized layout planning, drawing development, and schedule integration to improve alignment across teams.
These initiatives enhance technical expertise, strengthen collaboration, and support more efficient, accurate project execution across different teams both head office and on site.
