Last January, our Uptown Modern project in BGC had its first concrete pouring, symbolizing the steady progress on site. This project is one of our newest high-rise residential developments in partnership with Megaworld.
The ceremony was led by our COO, Frederick Tan, alongside Group Operations Head Rey Rodrin and Project Manager Christian Barajas. Representing the client was Megaworld Construction Manager Siegfried Jasmin. During the event, Tan emphasized the value of strong collaboration, while Barajas focused on the team’s commitment to delivering the project with the highest quality standards. All these were key in reaching such a milestone.
