Megawide Construction officially opened the Megawide Group’s 29th anniversary with the Usapang MCC Townhall, rallying every KaMegawide around this year’s theme, “May Kusa sa Gawa.”

The celebration centered on our values and culture, serving as a call to action for every KaMegawide. Megawide Chairman and CEO Edgar Saavedra reminded everyone that true excellence comes from living all our core values—not just one or two—because together, they move our vision forward. Meanwhile, MCC COO Frederick Tan encouraged everyone to embrace change, adapt with purpose, and keep raising the bar.

The Townhall also reinforced that branding is everyone’s responsibility. Every action, decision, and interaction shapes how Megawide is seen. After all, our strongest brand is the values and culture we choose to live in every day.
